India wins all three golds in triathlon in SAG

In the Men Over 87 Kgs Category Asim Ijaz of Pakistan Gold thrashed Pium Sanjeewa of Sri Lanka to grab the Gold Medal leaving the lkatter with Silver, while the Bronze Medals were taken by Md.

Today’s mixed team relay had 300 metres swimming, 60 kilometres cycling and 1.2 kilometres running events. Besides, the boxers and shooters’ good show, the Indian women’s football team also won the gold medal, defeating Nepal 4-0 in the summit clash. India had also won two Silver, one each in the men’s and individual events through Guru Datta and Pooja Chaurushi respectively. Afghanistan overtook Nepal to take the fifth place in the medals tally – with three golds in comparison to Nepal’s solitary gold medal.
